Tibetan Buddhist Tingsha Bells - Handmade in Nepal

Tibetan Tingsha Bells can be used for meditation and sound healing. Traditionally they are used by Tibetan Buddhists for rituals and ceremonies and by Hindus Bhakti Yoga. You can most commonly find their high pitched chime resonating in Hindu bhajans (devotional songs).

There are three different Tingshas to choose from and three different sounds vibrations, done in order from lowest to highest.
