All our products are dispatched with our dispatch partner, diamond logistics. They use cardboard as their preferred material for packaging.
Get free delivery if you spend over £30.00 for UK orders only.
Standard Shipping is £2.50 - dispatched with Royal Mail 48 for large letter items and Yodel for parcels.
RETURNS
We offer a full refund if notified by email or telephone within 14 days.
Post returns to our dispatch partner's warehouse unit;
Return address - Diamond logistics, Unit 6 WD Boxhub, Deer Park Road, Moulton Park Ind Estate, NN3 6RZ.
Include a note in the return package with your name you placed the order under and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
We do not refund postage paid unless the product is faulty.
You will be required to pay your own return postage.
You will be refunded in the same manner in which you purchased.
*We regret to inform you that we cannot refund orders of cut fabric or paper that has been sent folded. The buyer is able to claim a partial refund only.
Returned orders that are returned in poor condition will not qualify for any refund.

Paper Orders
For UK orders the paper bundles are now mostly sent rolled as standard, unless you have ordered only one small bundle of 4-6 sheets, for those orders we will post it folded, if you wish for it to be sent rolled please upgrade to 'Postal Tube' or 'Express Delivery' at checkout. We recommend a postal tube for anyone wishing to use the whole sheet for arts and crafts, as opposed to cutting it or wrapping with it.
If you are ordering 20-50+Sheets of paper then you will likely need more than one postal tube to fulfill your order. You can either go ahead and purchase an extra tube or however many extra as you require here.
