Sold per ball. The yarn is handspun from the Giant Himalayan Nettle plant native to Nepal. This nettle has been traditionally used for centuries to make cloth from. The way the fibres are separated is done using a method called tooth and spindle method, an ancient way to spin the yarn using only the teeth and a spindle.
Each ball of yarn weighs on average 50 grams and measures 60 metres.
