The ingredients for this very special incense comes from trees and herbs from the high mountains of the Solukhumbu area. Collected at the Lawudo Retreat Centre, the incense is hand rolled by Tibetan Buddhist Nuns of Khanchoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is uplifting and refreshing. Like a breath of fresh air from the snow capped mountains of the Himalayas.
